Best Residential Project -

• Affordable Segment
• Mid Segment
• Luxury Segment

Project Definition - This shall define the valuation of a property in terms of the Price of a Unit. This project definition is given below:

	Mumbai & NCR	Other Cities
Affordable Segment	Less than 60 Lac	Less than 50 Lac
Mid Segment	50 Lac - 3 Crore	50 Lac - 2 Crore
Luxury Segment	More than 3 Crore	More than 2 Crore

Eligibility:

Given below are the eligibility criterions for applying to The CNBC-AWAAZ Real Estate Awards:

Residential -

• About 90 % complete
• Project which started not before April 2012 and are atleast 90 % complete as on March 2015

Commercial -

• 100 % complete
• Get operational between April 2012 and March 2015, with a minimum area of 3 lac sq ft and more

Retail -

• 100 % complete
• Get operation Between April 2012 and March 2015 with a minimum area of 3 lac sq ft and more.
